"The fets on the board giving throttle signal are rooted.
Or the Steve converter rooted.
One or the other..........
He should solder the Steve to the bottom resistor point and see if that's better..... If not he needs to repair board or replace da steve"

@Southernenders Yes I think you are right. The WOWHOBBIES COM plug and play kit DOES NOT deliver full resolution. You need to solder it yourself. Also the V1 and V2 board have different soldering points.
