all you have to do to see that it could have been possible is to look at past declassified military/governmental documents like operation northwoods, along with the fact that they just plain lied about wmd's at one point they knew exactly where they were or so dick cheny would have us believe, "just outside of ticrete" and it wasnt just a pre-text for war it was the start of a much larger global movement, and the taking away of civil liberties and rights i.e patriot act 1,2 victory act etc etc
