[GA] Deputy Deleston slain w/ daughters was aspiring actress

A Gwinnett County teenager was arrested early Friday and charged with the Thursday night shooting deaths of his two young sisters and his mother, a Gwinnett sheriff's deputy. Deputy Joy Deleston was a single mother and aspiring actress who had played supporting roles in several local independent films. She and her daughters, Micaiah, 11, and Jelani, 4, all died of gunshot wounds.

Not in video: Hip hop star Juvenile - born Terius Gray - was arrested back in 2003 for abandoning Jelani. Reportedly a DNA test determined he was her father.)

This is so sad, Joy was my soror and friend. It's a sad state when your own child takes your life. She didn't deserve this, this boy had a great mom,and family. He took the life of his family over foolishness, nothing is worth killing your parent.

I just got a new found respect 4 police. I couldnt Imagine putting my life on the line to help others and still have to raise a family. People like myself dont look at police as people, instead we refer to them as a paid gang. This lets me know that we all go thru this type misfortune. From 9/11 to current date. Police have been recieving mixed messages from me, but this here makes me wanna put on a badge and grab my nightstick.
