well if u buy it with a 2 year contarct it does but i heard tht at&t has fixed it but its j tht dumbass's put the charger in wrong and make it cath on fire... but the touch screen is alot better and teverything else thts what i heard im getting tht phone tmr hopefullyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
