My name is Howard Shifke. In 2009, when I was 48 years old, I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. I took a completely holistic approach to the disease and fought Parkinson's without medications. After nine months of fighting it, on June 12, 2010, I became symptom free. On August 5, 2010, I went for my 6-month follow up visit with my neurologist, and he said he could not detect a single Parkinson's symptom.

In March of 2010, I began a blog, and it contains many of the things I did to recover, http://fightingparkinsonsdrugfree.com/. I found this brain vibration chanting to be very beneficial in stimulating activity in my brain. I learned it from Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha.

It is pronounced as follows:

ling yow chee chee chee -- joe ling bah ling yow chee chee chee -- joe ar ar sih sih
NOTE: sih sounds like sit without the "t"

All my best,

Howard
