I set a goal over the summer to work on my calves(my thighs were huge but I don't work my calves) and I still worked out regularly but worked calves everyday, it was so funny to look at my friends and girlfriends faces when they saw my calves, I'm finally 100% proportioned :) I hope the rest of you experience the same spectacular feeling I did.
