ThinkPad Gaming

July 2009

A new resident takes refuge in my household. Claiming my computer room as his own, I am forced out on a nightly basis at a ridiculous 11pm. The only source of gaming from then on, is my laptop and Counter Strike 1.6.
At 20 fps, wireless internet and no mouse, I was surprised at how much fun there was to be had. . .

March 2010

After a long day at Uni, designing a washing machine for use in zero-gravity (I'm studying information technology....) I came home and was sifting though files on my hard disk. I came across some demo's I had recorded back in '09, and thought I'd throw together a movie, showcasing the fun times that were had.

Most of the footage is taken from a public DM server, with a bit of footage from some standard pub servers, and some Pug. None of it has been faked (i.e all done without a mouse and on the laptop + wireless) however all of the editing was done on my desktop.
