No it's based on Ren's cousin Sven. So technically it would be Sven-ish. Sven talks with a sort of Swedish accent but wears lederhosen. You can hear the exact phrase "I am a bearded lady" in part 2 of the Sven Hoek episode: watch?v=iXYVqzckMTo (at around 1:26)
