This was one of the first places i saw hang gliders up close, and from then on i knew i too had to fly. i used to live right behind where this was filmed, and could watch the HG from the living room window. Nowadays, i'm up there too looking down. Footage by RBerndez, other pilot JCath. :o)

Most areas have a local dealer for new gliders. Second hand gliders are available too, but get it checked thoroughly by a certified and rated pilot. You'll need training and a license to fly. :o)

Since i made this video, i've seen a hang gliding club over in NSW(?) use the 'google earth' effect previous to me. they should post that video on here too!
