my disorder schizoaffective works a lil different.

if I am out and my symptoms kick in - I get in what I call a dream state. that is to say it feel like I'm in a play, or a movie and it seems that what is going on is not real and I get lost in my own head. full blown conversation with myself and I feel so superhuman. I have had to stop myself from driving my bicycle on the freeway from feeling empwrd

I know you understand. I've been manic this past week due to a major stressor and I'm trying to use all my mental health tools to get back on the ground. The house is so clean though!

@MyRealityIsMine - i no longer feel ecstatic/depressed, now I just feel low energy/high energy.

'dead to the world' is an ongoing feeling though, I am constantly fighting that so that I just get SO damned tired of fighting!
