It is 1998, 40 gallon, 40,000 BTU. My house has 2.5 baths, and it keeps up well enough. It is non-power-vented. I am amazed how long it has lasted. It was here when my parents moved in in 2000. My camera WAS NOT focusing and ticking me off, so it was in macro for closeups, and wouldn't focus no matter what. So that is why it is blurry.

  • @jay11j No, I really don't think it is a timer. I don't know, so you tell me since you know more, though.

  • I take it the furnace is not on a two stage stat? (timer)

  • @jay11j Not sure...could be. I don't think it is a timer, though. The thing will bump up only when it is struggling.

  • Check out my Lennox mines the same just bigger at 5 tons.

  • Is W2 tied to the furnace board and at the t-stat? Long run time is normal for two stage furnace tied to a two stage stat.. if it's on a timer, it will come on 2nd stage no matter what after X amount of time.
