WV state troopers decline to do anything about noise assault

For 5 days, the tree sitters on Coal River Mountain have endured the constant blasting of 4 truck horns just a few feet away from them,

The decibel level violates state mine safety regulations and potentially causes permanent hearing damage.

Section 61-3E-10 of the WV State Code State: "Any person who performs any act.. which creates substantial risk of ... serious bodily injury shall be guilty of a felony."
