  • just had mine last week. Still swollen after a week and gums hurt.

Had to drink through a straw for the first 2 days and only had soft diet.

Git rid of mucus and cysts though.

  • @caloyjp

yes the swelling is because of the bone drilling involved..

  • @ksm1985 I had it done on a Friday and was back in school Monday. Just make sure you ice frequently to reduce swelling, don't want a huge goose egg on your cheek when you go back to work.

  • @thej0hnson ok so that sounds rough haha, how long did you take off work, im getting it done on the 7th

  • @ksm1985 Just fine, it honestly wasn't that big of a deal. I didn't do it for sinus purposes though, I had a wisdom tooth that fell into the cavity when I was getting it removed the week before.

  • @caloyjp how long were u off work for

  • @thej0hnson how did it go?

  • Long-term effects of the surgery are the following: tissue from gum begin to grow inside the new artificial hole in the bone (maxilla). This grow causes pain and oedema of face in an area of the surgery. It is necessary to close such hole by bone plate or titanic plate.

  • Ive read so many stories about peoples faces collapsing and drug addiction, intense pain and anti biotic resistant infection DONT GET THIS

  • EXCELLENT VIDEO thanxx a MILLION!!! GOD BLESS U SIR!!!

  • hi, my upper teeth still hurts. space above it feels good. Could the drainaga have failed? My cheek still also has a sharp pain
