Okay guys, after several hours of deep meditation, I've come up with 2 alternatives that nearly match this product's effectiveness..

1. Simply put a cardboard cutout of Patti Stanger behind you, while running on a treadmill. If the fact of her horrid accurate cutout behind you isn't enough motivation, putting a mirror in front of you to constantly see her back there is optional.

2.Cardboard cutout of Dayna Devon in front of the treadmill.
