excuse me, but are the replicas kind of a rubery plastic or just plastic? i looks like of a ruber kind of plastic

i have to admit when i first saw the figure at walmart,i noticed the cannon arm isnt the right size and the hand he has,the plastic,like you said,should have been cut out. Normally when i pic up my movie figures,i like them to be 100% movie acurrate. But this one kind of let me down. I Bought the robot replica for starscream but left him in the package after watching a review. Starscream is probably the best one to buy.
