I've heard that song for the first time when I watched Rurouni Kenshin 1st OVA AMV and I always wanted to make the video with this song.
Someone may say that "Touched" is too sad and grievous to make Sailor Moon video with it. I believe I proved it's wrong.
I especially love the ending. Did you notice that at the very end of the series Sailor Moon lost her life because she protected Starfighter when Galaxia was about to strike a death blow? I put those clips to my video to emphasize that fact.
