Interview with Frank Stephenson on the Fiat Bravo design

At the Geneva Motor Show we finally met up with Frank Stephenson. We talked extensively with him about his career through BMW, Ferrari and his current position within Fiat, about the structure of Fiat Design and about the design challanges he faced with the Fiat Bravo project.

Frank Stephenson is a genius in the auto design word. It was a great loss to BMW when he left them for Ferrari and then Fiat. Frank is responsible for the successful 2001-2006 MINI Cooper design and now the equally interesting Fiat 500.

I wish Frank would go back to BMW and fix the new R56 MINI Cooper, which sadly does not have the same design language prowess as the R50/53 MINI he designed.
