There was a time feminism was an actual ideology for women's rights. There were clear, evidenced injustices to be corrected. And those women fought for those rights and they achieved something. But after that, the causes became abstract and the goal of feminism intentionally blurry. It became from "these things aren't right" to "there's probably always things wrong".

From an ideology of women's rights to an attitude of selfishness, greed and vindictiveness. All this in about 50 years.

@Aivottaja you know what happened to feminism (women's suffrage)? Progressivism...it was a disease that co-opted everything good, Christianity (for a time), science, and even claimed white as its' race (the white race shouldn't belong to a theology/philosophy)--whatever they could get their hands on--and made it evil...the movement did the same damage to feminism. Now progressives want to blame Hitler on white Christians...funny how that works.

But with regard what you were saying about feminism, the actual point. I honestly couldn't agree more. The thing that infuriates me personally is the way they treat you when you express an opposing view, like you're an utter imbecile.

To feminists all women are allowed a voice, proving all women say what the same thing. it's a sad state of affairs.

@mimilagogo There is a lot of nuance in the term anti-gay, I either have to choose to hate a gay person if I think certain behaviors are sinful...and then I'm put on the spot to make a judgment about a behavior when I never would have offered my personal judgment to begin with. I sympathize with the human condition, and homosexuality is a part of the human condition...and my faith asks to overcome the human condition with Christ--no one is immune from sin, and no one can overcome without Christ
