Can anyone tell me what 'cheeryup', 'mootar', and 'gamsangadan' mean? At the end of our TKD lessons we always have this formal thing where we have to make these shapes with our hands and stand to attention whilst repeating these Korean phrases. But I can't find any info on this on the web or in books.
chiri-up--- attention stance
gam sah ha nida --- thank you
mootah/gamah---- stop
ask your instructor or a senior grade if you are unsure of any thing during class.

Bear in mind also that each school has its own one-steps.

An excellent series of videos - good supplement to a taekwondo class.
Thanks
