Is that Avant Window Navigator or another dock-like aplication?

The amarok i have installed does not look like yours. I got version 2.2.0 and does not have the media devices buttons. I have ubuntu 9.1 installed. When I plug the mp3 player does not get recognized as a drive. Would appreciate a hint.
