Or as it says in the game, "Pocohontos" created by Hosenkan who created numerous other pirates including Toy Story and Super Contra 3. This ending is definitely nothing special.

I assume there are supposed to be more levels but the developers couldn't be bothered. Incidentally, on the previous levels it just says that you got the spirit of the stage, whatever that is.
