go to newegg and build your own. cheaper and better then anything you can buy. Very easy, easier than you think. I went to home depot and bought some filters and velcroed them to my box as a prefilter.

As a PC tech, the only thing I'd suggest you do with that CPU fan is hold it still with your finger or something so that you don't mess up the bearings and REALLY get into that heatsink with the compressed air. Your CPU temps will drop by several degrees easily that way.
I generally just take the PC out into the back yard patio if weather permits when I blow them out. If you want to simplify this though, get a better case with filters, especially if you smoke in front of it.

You have a wife or a girlfriend? She has at least 1 pair that she won't miss. That's what I did, and she didn't even notice. Plus, it works great and if you have to buy some, who cares, they're cheap.
