"Where is the Peace Dividend? Examining the Final Report of the Commission on Wartime Contracting"

The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform held a hearing entitled, "Where is the Peace Dividend? Examining the Final Report to Congress of the Commission on Wartime Contracting?" on October 4, 2011 to examine waste, fraud, and abuse in contingency contracting practices and expenditures in Iraq and Afghanistan as set forth in the August 31, 2011 Final Report of the Commission on Wartime Contracting in Iraq and Afghanistan.
