  • @fm3081 thanks, thats also something that i made a major change in water/protein/fiber.... which i've had alot of success in since my last post.... now all of a sudden soda taste a little strange.... lol

  • @bossladiie1 And as TheLesroy said u may also drink plenty of water. Instead of juice or sodas always drink water.

  • @bossladiie1 try cuting down on bad fats .and take up light excersizse like walking or joging or cycling

  • my diastolic presure is about 100, what must i do, or eat t get a normal distolic pressure. thank you!!!!
