After Life Trailer [HD]

This trailer is a result of an self-imposed editing project. The goal was simple: to edit a trailer for a Hollywood film that looks indistinguishable from a movie trailer you might see in your local theater. The catch? I have to edit my trailer without having seen the film or its actual trailer. The movie selection was completely random, and the winner was 2009's horror/thriller "After.Life" - starring Liam Neelson, Christina Ricci & Justin Long. this was great! what an interesting challenge. I've never seen the movie, but this totally made me want to. I watched some other trailers (the actual ones) and it looks like your version only really differs in that you centered the story on Long more than Ricci or Neeson.

One question: where did you get the footage for this without having watched the movie or other trailers? Maybe I just didn't understand...

@LizzieAnn1712 - I just ripped the DVD for the film and then scrubbed through it looking for the story points. Once I got a general idea of how the film worked - I constructed the trailer to showcase the story elements I found most interesting. My trailer is a little deceiving in that, the movie has more supernatural elements that don't appeal to me. I left all of that out when creating this trailer because I found the "real life" conflict in it to be more interesting.

and theres crappy errors like when that cop saw anna move her head cause she's not dead then he walks towards her and gropes her? wots with that !!! wtf ! a pervy cop ? wots point and same pervy cop lies to her fiance and makes out he didnt see anythin suspicious and that she's deffo dead ! this movie has soo many silly holes . and whats with jack's mother is she ill or did jack drug her liek wot neeson's chracter does with victims haha too daftttt

i laughed at the first half of the movie it was too silly and ricci's character clearly loved being locked in that funeral basement she had a few opportunities to escape and wen she finally manages to leave the room she just runs around the house too histerical and makes thattt much noise its ridiculous , and clearly it was all about her being naked for most of the time which also made it a joke

the movie dragged on and was too daft and had a stupid foolish ending
