"Will you sign?"

Oxfam and Avaaz.org joined forces today to put pressure on Australia, EU, US, Japan and Canada, to pay compensation for the Climate Change that they have caused and the impacts of which developing countries are now having to deal with. The compensation would be used to allow developing countries to continue to introduce life saving technologies, knowledge and systems that would lessen the impact of more severe and frequent floods, droughts, storms and rising sea levels.
