Getting your ears clean in Japan

Here is an interesting concept for a business. You come to have some very girls dressed in Kimono to clean the inside of your ears - this is not only in Japan, I have heard about this in China too, apart from the Kimono thing. However in this shop (in Osaka) you can select first which girl you want the cleaning from, and supreme privilege, you can leave your head on her knees while she is taking care of you. :)
