Yeah it gets stuck sometimes. Just make sure you get the harness out of the way and push the head wings up all the way. You have to push pretty hard to fasten it. I wish there was an easier way :/

I have the same seat for my son. The thing that sucks is that the red strap is surprisingly hard to secure around that bar. Its just to short.
