Absolutely not. Italy didn't even exist before 1861. Furthermore, Corsica was effectively part of Genoa Republic but it became independent in 1735, until France conquered the island in the 9th of May 1769. Napoleon was born in the 15th of August of the same year; so officially he is French and anyway, he felt himself French because he unconditionally loved that country.

No, they'd burnt Moscow and ploughed under every field within 50 miles of the city.

While an average-sized army would've no trouble wintering in the city, the Grandee Armee was too big to survive three months on scarce supplies.

The russian abandonned the town, but it was pretty much intact. They had enough food, building and water for everyone. Then, some building took fire, and most of his generals were scared... In the end, he decided to get the fuck out as fast as he could, before the winter could come. It comed.

the Russians abandoned the town before napoleon reached the city, and when he arrived there were no food and no water cuz the russians had cut off the water supply and took the food with them.

after that incident napoleon retreated from Russia

Traflagar happened because Villeneuve didn't want to be replaced, so he took the Franco-Spanish fleet out of Cadiz, but in horrible order. He learned the size of Nelson's fleet, tried to turn back, but was intercepted. Traflagar wasn't on Napoleon's orders. Even though the Franco-Spanish fleet had an impressive array of ships and guns, like the Santissma Trinidad, the quality of British sailors and gunners won the day.

Really ? I thought this happened to be AFTER he retreated. Well, anyway, the Grande Armée was pretty cool in Moscow, they even get some singers to come inside... But some insurgents burned buildings, and Napoleon was scared of doing like any other man who die in russia : Be victim of the winter. So he was eager to come back, and his generals where just too scared. Who knows, maybe the world could be different today.

Well, Napoleon himself hated navy warfare. For him, they were no tactics, not way to use the environment, no way to fight... It's just the guy with the better ships. When he saw he had more ships than Nelson, he just made them attack. He did not cared about anything in ship warfare, and was far too hungry, and the worse, is that he accused Villeneuve of the failure... The brits weakness was their greed. "Take way their money, and they'll show their nature". He should have used that.
