I am not sure that the problem is the USA. You are right but there are others who benefit from these acts. Like the $'s that will go to Yemen, $ and support to Saudi Arabia, Yemen has been a problem for along time. I believe that the trouble in Darfur wouldn't exist if the UN and NGO's were not pumping money into the region. People who bank on American naivety make money all over the world. The US state depart. is just not that professional, I've seen them in action.
