The Orthodox Liturgy is not a religion but a practice of the Orthodox (Eastern) Church. All Eastern Churches celebrate with a Byzantine Liturgy in their language.

This is true. It is Orthodox Christianity. NOT "the Greek Church". While the language spoken effects the liturgy in some small ways, the religion is the same whether it is in Russian, Greek, Ethiopian, or English. Most of the differences are cultural, not religious. The faith is the same no matter what.
