It's nice to know we had it all
He was everything, everything that she wanted. They were meant to be, supposed to be but they lost. All of the memories so close to her just fade away, all this time he was pretending so much for her happy ending.

What happy ending? After Alexander died, his empire was divided up, she and Alexander's son were given protection by Olympias. In the end Cassander had the three of them killed. The young Alexander was only 13 when he died. Cassander wiped out Alexander's blood-line to cement his control of Greece. Hope that's not to much history... I've always loved Alexander's story, even if true happiness eluded him.

I didn't... I hated how the movie only ended up being about two people.. I mean, Ptolemy, Cassander, Roxana... those characters all deserved more screen time. I love Alexander and Hephaestion only so much haha :)
