  • Come on guys its not a big deal, though I live in Morocco, we know its somewhere from North Africa. The most important thing for me now : I need to buy merguez now to try this ! thank you for this recipe.

  • Sorry lady but you got it all wrong (( Merguez are 100% ALgerian ))

Listening to you promoting them as Moroccan and French and ignoring the originality of it ? even thot i have a lot of respect to my Moroccan Brothers But Merguez always be Algerian , so please correct your Speach .

Whats Next ? Sushi Comes from Botswana :\

  • @bulichi No they arent

  • @Evelina0Cookie And they are made out of dead dog meat.

  • @bulichi It doesnt show expirary date

  • @TH3USUALSUSPECT Thats true but its orginal Algerian (kabyle) the name is merguez comes from the berber Laungage so its not more tunisian beacuse you can it it with harissa? its kebab from tunisia beacuse here in sweden we eat keban with harissa? if you dont belive me there is many cooking books who say that merguez is noth african but orgin is from Algeria :D

  • It not moroccan it's north-african, it's just as much algerian and Tunisian, probably even more tunisian since it's prepared with a Tunisian hot sauce called harissa originally.

  • it has to be hallal first

  • Look on the package, it expired four years ago !!!

  • Delicious on a great French baguette
