If you have trouble with burning in your stomach, bad breath, bloating, indigestion and gas after you eat, you should know it MIGHT be because you don't have enough stomach acid. I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but listen here and it'll explain that the phenomenon is occurring because your food is rotting in your gut, and THAT's why you're having these symptoms. I explain how to take care of the problem further at www.soulfoodsnutrition.com
Thank you so much, Ive been having this problem for years and am told that Im OVEREACTING to it, so I drag myself around holding my breath every time I belch.

I know this video was uploaded over 2 years ago, but thanks for posting it. I recently stopped taking the medication to eliminate stomach acid because I believe I have the issue you're talking about - food won't digest correctly at night, causes acid in the throat, burning, etc. So today I'm going to try an all/only liquid diet to see if I feel any better from it. What are your thoughts on this as a way of identifying whether this is the problem I am having?

@mrsblue82 : yea, my dr blew me off yesterday, which is why i'm searching YOuTube for answers. Mrs Blue the other culprit i learned may be related to bacteria or a fungal related to a woman's reproductive system.
