I bought at scooter from these guys and it showed up with a speedometer that doesn't work, a seat latch which doesn't work. The first response I got when I called their service department was to just try reconnecting the speedometer and then to just "pull harder" on the latch. Needless to say, this advice was useless. Now they won't even return my email inquires. DO NOT do business with these people, they are not honest.

@djsocceralex for MOST states, The rule is if the motor is bigger than 50cc's or goes more than 35 miles per hour. its considered a motorcycle. anything less is a moped/scooter
