when [electrical shocks] occur, they're always due to 1 or more of 3 causes:

1. lack of elementary maintenance

2. bad installations

3. and amateur improvisations

4. or rash behavior

uh... I think that they've just proved how reliable of a source they are.

Yeh I spose that the green and yellow was used as the 'live' too because of the 'bright' colours. They should never have changed it, the three phase colours are even more confusing.
