This is a nice and simple tutorial on how to make a line glow on a picture in photoshop cs3.. Its in HD so that you can see everything I am doing.. And easy to understand

  • I was doing good at following you but once I got to the part were I click on drop shadow I get a completely different menu option. I don't the even have a color option . Anyone one know how to fix this problem? :(

  • @paulT2k8 Well, my problem was that i had some other Settings in my brush settings, i reseted all and then it worked just fine for me!

    I don't know what your problem is but hope this helped you. Sorry if it didn't.
