This is my day 4 of p90x and Yogax Was a bit difficult but i did it. it was a grat workout especially at the end. i think i might go to the store to get yoga blocks

i;m upset i did yoga today and i could on do 40 minutes of the hour and a half looks like i'm really out of shape

P90X yoga is the most gorgeous workout i have EVER have. it made me really happy . first time i ever did yoga and i LOVED it. it made me feel as strong as i never felt before and it involved a lot of flexibility and balance. i love it

Congrats on making it to day 4. Yoga is tough, but gets easier and balance improves if you keep at it. Glad the portions approach is working for you. I know diet is the one area I need to clean up to see optimal results. Keep pressing play!

Thanks! As far as diet goes, it's been really easy to eat several times a day because there really isn't any prep time involved. Tuna, raw veggies, fruit, cottage cheese, etc. are all quick to throw together. Piece of cake!

Sure, I can start doing that. I'm taking the portions approach consisting of 3 meals with a small snack in between. Mainly, each meal contains a protein, veggie, dairy, and a carb/fruit/or fat. I'm eating unsalted soybean nuts and string cheese for snacks right now...
