  • Never heard this song before. I was listening to a Canadian oldies station online "Am 1410" London....and I was like ...great song. So funky. .

  • That's a rare, rare record. Most underrated group in rock history.

  • This is just awesome you take very good care of your 45's. 45's RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Oldies stations in Canada sometimes refer to this as being by Chad Allan and the Expressions (which it was). Allan burned his voice out soon after this, to be replaced by Burton Cummings, who was then just 17. The Guess Who looked to be just a novelty one-hit wonder but persistance paid off after four years of hard slogging, These Eyes, 1969 broke them into the big time for good.

  • That was when Chad Allan was still with the group.

BTW, they actually recorded this when they were still under the "Chad Allan and the Expressions" name.

In 1970, they scored a big hit with "American Woman".
