i did a vid of this like a yr ago but it was ALOT worse and harder...PLUS i made it easier for myself but putting 3 quarters under to prop up the weighted bar...now i do it off the floor...it still takes me awhile to get myself to pick it up...and when i do that weird pigeon head thing...im actually stretching my spine before pickin it up...again,i appologize that more than half the vid is me gettin ready to do it...
What does the belt do. how much weight was that, looks insane

yup...its pretty heavy...ive gotten a bit better doin it...i get around 7 reps everytime now and it doesnt take me aslooong to pick it up...but the belt is just to keep the lower back tight...its an awkward position with heavy wt

it never feel nice when i do it...i think its a combo of my back routine and heavy shrugs on shoulder day that weaken my arms for when i gotta do curls on arm day...im gonna have to switch some stuff up soon.
