Bitter Enhancer


Vinegar

This powerful additive,
Either corrupter or improver of flavour.
Taken or left via choice's luxury.

A perfect partner to fish and chips.
Virtually incompatible with other grub,
Yet best suited to join fried vertebrates and spuds

This infector of the breath.
Bitter sweet taste for the tongue,
Leaving a powerful legacy behind.

Downing a whole bottle is overkill.
Small baptising sprinkles is underkill.
That's the way it should be handled.

Vinegar.
