I have a friend that's been playing nothing but Marshall heads for over 40 years. Chip Preston from Pure Hell. He said it sounds just like his Marshall head. He couldn't tell the difference.

I can't seem to get the straight cab for it though to make it a 120W. Would the Bugera cab work with it, since it's made by Behringer.
-
Was it a full stack or half stack. I have a half stack and can only get 60 unless I hook up another cab and make a full stack
-
its loud enough.
I play with it on rehearseals. check my vids.

its actually 2x60 watts... 60 watts per channel. but yeah, it should be plenty loud enough, i used the halftsack version for over a year in live gigs with the 2x60 watt head.

I think this guy should buy a Line 6 ToneCore Uber Metal Distortion Pedal...because I'm telling you...I'm have Behringer amps, Bugera Amps, Fender Amps, Marshall Amps, & a couple of different sized Line 6 Spider Series Amps (one's a Line 6 Spider II, & one's a Line 6 Micro Spider which is similar to a Roland Micro Cube) & I'll be honest with u, the Line 6 Spider's "Insane" setting is definitely one of the best metal settings there is & you can get pretty close with the Line 6 Uber Metal pedal

@AttentionAllMartyrs Could be pickups, playing style or amp settings. This was just the amp without any added effects.

is this amp loud enough to play some small gigs with a 4x12 cab.

Yeah, that will work, its 120watts! I just dont know if it will by itself, I played once with a drummer and it seemed to strain it to keep up with the drums and my freinds Marshall 1/2 stack (solid state cheapy).
