Otherwise I'm absolutely in the affirmative that Mr. Woo would of included their names when he spoke in regards to being his Best, and that he didn't do. colecash i have seen your moves and you couldnt come close to holding your own against any of the woolsey boy's!! Have you not seen Jimmy's china town demos? Frank looks more like Jimmy than anyone else. How many fights have you been in? Frank was in more that 300. Add up 1st and 2nd generations and they would make up half of that. None of the 1st gen came close to being a street fighter like frank and the way the 2nd gen is they would get one quick ass kicken from a woolsey yellow belt.

Then again, Ive seen video of Jimmys students doing high flying, situational techniques for the camera right in front of Jimmy (The TV interview). Maybe San Soo allows a person to take the aspect of the art they like and use it. It is an extensive art with thousands of techniques.

I guess the real question is, if Im encountered by 3 to 4 thugs, do I want flash or do I want quick, effective technique?

This video makes a very relevant point. When we look at san soo techniques being done today, shouldn't we be comparing that to the video evidence we have of Jimmy?

I never saw Jimmy in person, but I can see what he did do when he was taped for demos. He did not ham it up for the camera. He didn't do fancy, flying thru the air BS that a lot of the San Soo demos show these days. Jimmy did a lot of basic 45 fighting techniques in front of the camera.
