The Czaar Peterstraat Slam Festival was a cultural event created by Local World for the local government and community. Slam Festival involved community artists, dancers, performance food, drink and comedy. From organised events on several podiums to spontanious slam culture improvisation, a truely lovely and warm east Amsterdam village event. Warmly received and nicely paced. Organisation Jan-Dick Heijs of www.localworld.nl Video footage and production by Simon R Burney (SimonAmsterdam Youtube). This is the trailer for the festival video coming Fall 2009. This version is low quality. HD Release coming.
