THANK YOU SO MUCH for this tutorial. I always thought something didn't look right about the lacefront hairlines, but I couldn't put my finger on it--I even tried blending a lil bit of my own hair up front (to no avail)-FINALLY somebody (you) hit the nail on the head: the hairline is too friggin' thick! So last night I took some thinning shears to the hairline (the whole circumference of the wig; b/c I thought it would look better when I put it up in a ponytail too) and the wig looks awesome!

It would have been great to see the finished product!

Thanks so much! Can this be done with a full lace wig also? The ones with Swiss or French lace? Or will the soft lace tear?

Thanks Robin. You are such a sweet, humble person. You are skilled and not arrogant with your how you teach others. God Bless.

Quick question...so I just purchased my full lace wig and it's glued on. My only problem is that the hairline looks really straight which makes it look unnatural (i feel like my forehead has grown three sizes too big lol). Can I do the tweezing while the wig is glued to my head or am I risking some serious damage to the lace? I've looked up a few vids on creating baby hair so I may just try that. TIA and LOVE LOVE LOVE your videos!!!

hi, my name is Jonathan. I was watching your front lace tutorials, and i was wondering how far back can i tweez. I'm a man, so i want to create a realistic receding hair line at my hair part. If its possible, I need a lil advice/tips of how to so. Comments says front lace wigs are pricey. How pricey? Thank you. my email is jonathan.blouse@yahoo.com
i think its best to order custom because this seems like a pain

I had an idea...how about using thinning shears with on a very thin part like you demonstrated...would that also give the illusion that it has a natural look? or would it promote 'fly aways' instead of a "baby hair" look? Just a question/idea.
I enjoyed the video. Thank you for the helpful hint.
