So, dear Bradley, as a 30-year old East German, an ardent student of history and a fond armchair researcher of the Third Reich, its social background, the Second World War, I ask you this: What is the question you have about the Holocaust? If you feel that it should be so easy and self-evident to ask these "questions," then why don't you do it?

There are a great many questions to be asked. One that I have asked of several thousand academics at major universities around the nation is this one:

"Can you provide, with proof, the name of one person killed in a gas chamber at Auschwitz?"

Please focus on the word "proof."
