turn Vsync off and you get higher FPS

Yeah, i get more than 60 but the human eye can't see difference beyond 60 FPS so it will just feel the same and look bad because of horizontal lines, artifacts and rough movement due to the output framerate being higher than the monitor refresh rate.

no problem mate. But usually people who search for gameplay videos on a specific hardware. They want to see the power of that hardware. So they always want to comper the max fps on games.

Vsync off = better rate, more views

That's right, it uses the same engine than COD4 and the only enhancement i can notice is that this one have better textures.
