  • There's the rocky mountain variety...Some folk give it a musty, strong flavor with undernotes of beef.

  • have started eating raw oysters for their mineral content, but really dislike the fishy miyagis. it's like taking medicine. i guess i will try the kumamoto ones...

  • HOG ISLAND BABY!!! best Oysters in North California. Just past by the other day grabbed 24 dozen for only 60 bucks and yes the Pacific Oysters are the best.

  • Actually, if you go to any restaurant in Port Aransas, you will be served some of the finest oysters you could imagine.

    It's true, some really trashy oysters can come out of the Gulf, but if you go to the right place, you can experience them in the best way.
