Payatas Homeless No More 3 of 3

This video narrates the experience of scavenger people of Payatas (Quezon City, Metro Manila) who, with the assistance of Homeless People Federation of the Philippines, were able to alleviate their poverty situation through micro-savings programs. Dr. Tavanti and the DePaul-SPS Manila Program has been collaborating with Payatas leaders and Adamson University for eleborating feasible projects for alleviating urban poverty.
