L'angolo gitano è in realtà posticipato da un brano che rintocca il dolore freddo e cinico dell'amore reciso e da un'atmosfera disincantata e cupa come il mantello nero che le copre interamente corpo e volto. Sopra un pianoforte che ruota all'interno di uno schermo cilindrico, su cui onde e gocce di pioggia rimandano visivamente i suoni picchiettati e acquosi del piano, Lady M canta accasciata e dapprima prigioniera di un sentimento che si è ritorto contro se stesso, infine libera dalla gabbia che si solleva e dal mantello che toglie rivelando i colori sgargianti della mise gitana.
